ORDER POLICIES:

  • All Prices Mentioned are in INR. (Indian National Rupees).
  • All orders will be processed & shipped, once payment is cleared. We accept Payments by Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer | NEFT/RTGS), Western Union, Cash On Delivery and Paypal.
  • In case of where we have accepted the payment, and unfortunately the product is not available, we will inform you ASAP, and arrange for the Refund.
  • Shipping charges to be borne by customer only.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES:

  • We are committed to deliver the ordered products to the right customers at the right time, so you can set aside all your apprehensions and avail our services without any reluctance.
  • We provide you with a well-established delivery mechanism that ensures the products ordered by you reach without any defect, damage or quality-issues.
  • Both the international as well as the domestic orders are shipped and delivered through leading courier services, ensuring the buyers an accurate delivery, in good condition, and on right time.
  • Other pin-codes will also be serviced by us but with some extra Out-of-delivery area charges. Though it would be the weight of your package that determines shipping cost, you’ll be charged the least possible fee, for sure.
  • And as far as the international buyers are concerned, the shipping charges are based on the destination and quantity of units purchased. We assure you the most subsidized rates ever, and the best services at each step.
  • Customers are free to choose their own mode of Transport (like Cargo and Transport Services) other than services we provide. But the delivery and responsibility of the parcel is solely theirs.
  • All the orders are shipped within 1-3 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Additionally the customer will be provided with the Tracking details to track their order online, after it is shipped.
  • Please note that if there are any Octroi or State/City duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
  • For any international shipments, Custom Duty/ Import Duty if charged, it has to be paid by the the buyer. VAT/ Custom Taxes and import duties are not in our control and they may vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid by the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for any kind delay caused by any unforeseen time-lags by the courier company in delivering the parcel to the customers.
  • Any lost or damaged product (while in courier) needs to be notified on the way bill copy of the courier and has to be taken care by customer only.

  1. How do I check the current status of my order (s)?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Fashion Trendz. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top left of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the My Orderslink to view the status of all orders.To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail and sms with the shipping details.

  1. What do the different order status mean ?

Payment Pending Authorization : Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

  • Payment Confirmed : We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
  • Pending COD Confirmation : We have received your order and we are now processing your order
  • Order Shipped : Your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location
  • Order Cancelled : The order was cancelled
  1. When and how can I cancel an order ?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the “Order shipped” state). You can do so by calling us with the order number.

  1. What is the estimated delivery time?

8-10 Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and sundays.

  1. How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

  1. Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

The delivery time will then depend on when you place the order and stock available

  1. How will my item be packaged?

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap

  1. What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Call us immediately on our helpline number

  1. How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Fashion Trendz items are delivered through reputed courier partners – who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

  1. Will I get my order in single shipment/can i make special request to have a single shipment for my order?

We are so sorry as it is quite not be possible to get your delivery in single shipment as we have them located across the country in multiple cities. Your packets are picked up from the respective places to be then promptly delivered to you. Your order having more than one brand will be shipped in part/mutiple shipments.

  1. How will the delivery be done??

We process all deliveries through many reputed couriers on our panel.

Our systems are extremely effective to automatically pick up the best suited shipper for your area. However, for certain postcodes not serviced by reputed couriers, we use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service).

Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
